Our Practitioners

Amber brings experience in digital transformation, project management office, operations, financial crime, process improvement and technology in the financial services and power & utilities sector.

Amber has worked at a Big 4 consultancy in Ireland supporting the coordination of large scale transformation projects across a range of areas including Agile product delivery, operating model design, project management office mobilisation and some smaller environmental, social & governance (ESG) related projects. Prior to this, Amber worked in the financial services sector as a foreign exchange dealer experienced in financial markets, international financial regulatory requirements and AML/ KYC procedures.

Amber holds Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Geography (Sustainability) from Trinity College Dublin.

Amber McSharry

Senior Associate

Alex brings experience across risk, strategy, innovation, technology and operations including industry experience in the Financial Services and Aviation sector and over five years of experience in Management Consulting.

Alex recently helped a Major Australian Bank design and implement a new whole of Group enterprise risk management framework including re-alignment to APRA’s new CPS 230 Operational Risk prudential standard. As part of this role, Alex operated as an internal consultancy driving risk uplift and transformation across key business functions.

Prior to this, Alex worked at Big 4 Consultancies managing and delivering client engagements across a range of areas including risk frameworks, operating model design and divestments to innovation & growth funding. Clients included large-medium enterprises and start-ups across industries such as Investment Banking, Retail Banking, Wealth Management, FMCG, Telecommunications, Government & Defence, and Technology.

Alex Ngo

Director & Chief of Staff

Alka is an experienced risk and compliance professional with several years of experience working in the financial services sector.

She has worked with several financial institutions including ‘Big 4’ Australian banks, wealth management, the insurance and aged care industry.

Alka has established and led second-line risk teams. She has developed and implemented assurance frameworks, designed and delivered assurance and controls testing training, and has led assurance reviews across complex organisations. She has been responsible for the implementation, management and oversight of the operational risk management framework, regular risk committee reporting and implementation of GRC systems.

With a strong focus on continuous improvement, Alka is committed to driving effective risk mitigation strategies while supporting business objectives.

Alka holds a Bachelor of Science and a Masters of Commercial Law from The University of Melbourne. She is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).

Director & Head of Melbourne

Conor bring experience in digital transformation, operations, project management, process enhancement, and technology within the financial services and power & utilities sectors.

Conor has been employed at a Big 4 Consultancy firm in Ireland, where he focused on maintaining best practices and essential project management functions.

At PX Partners, Conor has supported APRA-regulated clients with risk and compliance initiatives. He has led and contributed to a range of projects including compliance audits, distributor due diligence reviews, and regulatory readiness assessments for global asset managers.

Conor earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Limerick and a Master’s Degree in Business Management from Dublin City University.

Conor Gleeson

Jon is a co-founder of PX Partners. Jon has extensive experience and critical perspective across governance, risk and compliance in financial services. Working across all levels of the organisation building partnership style relationships to deliver sustainable and enduring outcomes. Jon’s work to date spans Europe and Australia working with Securities Exchanges, institutional banks, fund managers and other issuers of financial products. Jon has worked with the Macquarie Group, Westpac Institutional Bank, First Sentier Investors and Janus Henderson Investors.

Jon has led risk and compliance teams at global and domestic firms advising boards and senior management on GRC strategy. Jon’s extensive experience covers framework design and implementation, GRC systems, regulatory & licensing, exchange approvals and listings, financial crime, due diligence, new business acquisition and integration, breach remediation, Board governance, culture and conduct.

Jon O'Keeffe

Managing Director

With a strong foundation in finance and computer science, Kelvin applies his analytical skills and academic knowledge to real-world risk management and business challenges leveraging new technologies to benefit clients.

At PX Partners, Kelvin is actively developing expertise in various areas, including regulatory research and compliance monitoring, risk assessment support, policy and other documentation.

In this capacity, Kelvin provides valuable support to the core team of practitioners helping our clients achieve sustainable compliance outcomes.

Kelvin currently holds a Bachelors degree in Commerce (Finance) from the University of New South Wales, with subjects encompassing actuarial studies, finance and economics. Kelvin is in his final year of studies of a Bachelor of Computer Science also from UNSW.

Rachit has over five years of experience across various industry sectors including Financial Services, Telecommunications, Healthcare, FMCG and Retail. His experience is grounded in Audit, Assurance, and Risk Consulting.

Across his career, Rachit has worked at Big 4 Consultancies and the Consumer Retail sector with a focus on data analytics, contract governance, quality control and large-scale remediation as well as business development and procurement. He has experience working with data analytics & visualisation tools such as Advanced Excel and PowerBI to convert complex data into tangible business insights and structured reporting.

Rachit Garg

Senior Associate

Tanushree is the co-founder of PX Partners. Prior to PX Partners Tanushree was a risk and compliance practitioner with over two decades of experience working across Australia, Asia, and North America. She has led 1st and 2nd Line risk and compliance teams covering multiple jurisdictions, including Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore, and China, and various risk areas such as AML/CTF, conduct and conflicts, product design and distribution.

Tanushree has developed deep expertise in supporting institutional and retail-focused financial services organizations throughout her career. Tanushree has worked in-house with several leading financial institutions, including ‘Big 4’ Australian banks, global investment managers and domestic insurers.

She has led responses to regulatory investigations and other supervisory activities, supported the launch of new products, obtained regulatory approvals in Australia and overseas, implemented GRC systems, and designed and implemented risk management frameworks.

Tanushree Dabral

Managing Director

Neha is a seasoned financial crime and risk management professional with extensive experience across AML/CTF, KYC, sanctions and operational risk within the funds management and broader financial services sector. She has overseen end‑to‑end onboarding and enhanced due diligence for wholesale and institutional clients, managed complex structure assessments and led financial crime framework uplift initiatives across integrated operating environments.

Her background includes significant experience in institutional client services, supporting global client relationships across APAC and international markets. This has included managing regulatory reporting obligations, coordinating cross‑border information requests and ensuring high‑quality, timely communication with clients and internal stakeholders.

Neha’s expertise spans financial crime operations, process development, remediation programs and assurance activities, supported by strong capability in translating regulatory obligations into effective and sustainable control environments. She has partnered closely with cross‑functional and data teams to strengthen governance, enhance control design and embed enterprise‑wide compliance standards.

Neha holds a Masters in Information Systems from Central Queensland University.

PX Partners Enablement

Anna provides people and culture support to the PX Partners team. Anna is a seasoned human resources professional with over a decade of experience across corporate and clinical sectors.

From 2010 to 2016, Anna held a series of HR roles at the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX). During her tenure, she was part of a small consultancy team reporting to the Group Executive, where she delivered a full suite of generalist HR services across the organisation. Her responsibilities included strategic workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, and organisational development. Following a career break to focus on her young family, Anna now practices as a kinesiologist in addition to her work supporting PX Partners.

Anna holds a BA in Public Relations and Applied Communication from the University of Central Lancashire.

Chandi Liyanage is a seasoned startup investor and advisor with more than 30 years of international experience spanning Australia, Asia, and Africa. With a background as a senior banking executive,

Chandi has successfully led digital transformation programs, steered organisations through regulatory complexity, and delivered organisational growth.

At PX Partners, Chandi serves as a Strategic Adviser, advising on strategic direction, financial stewardship, and operational insight. He also contributes in a fractional CFO capacity, helping align financial performance with long-term growth objectives.

Beyond PX Partners, Chandi continues to contribute to the financial services industry as a Responsible Manager on both AFSL and ACL licenses, a non-executive director, and a trusted adviser to early-stage startups and financial services innovators.

At PX Partners, Mithila is a key team member who supports our management team across all operational and executive support matters, including management of finances and core internal processes.

Prior to joining PX Partners, Mithila directly supported several senior executives in an Asian bank with day-to-day support with the key goal of ensuring smooth and efficient operations and co-ordination across key internal and external stakeholders.

Mithila brings extensive experience across operational support and enablement roles both locally and globally with specific industry experience in Financial and Professional Services.
